PAY MONTHLY PROPERTIES
In times of financial crisis, property owners and real estate agencies understand the difficulty that one may face in buying a property or obtaining a mortgage, therefore we are glad to offer deferred payment plans for most of our properties and below is a list with selected properties and apartments that could be purchases and paid in a period of up to three years.

If the properties shown below do not fit your requirements, you may choose another property from our listings and send us an enquiry about it. Tell us how much you would like to pay per month, quarterly or on every six months and we will try to arrange a payment plan that would fit with your finances in the best possible way.
TRANSFERRING THE OWNERSHIP:
The Notary and Government Fees for transferring the ownership of the property could be divided within the monthly payments or paid in full with the last payment for the property
Transferring of the property could be done by you personally or by an authorized by you person/lawyer in Bulgaria.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Once a deposit is paid, a preliminary contract will be signed and you will have the right to use the property.
The property will be transferred to your name when it is fully paid.
In case of 2 unpaid monthly installments the buyer will lose his rights to the property and the preliminary contract will be terminated.
All payments should be done via bank transfer.
Payment Plans:
Option 1 – Price: xxx 000 EUR
Deposit of 10 % and signing preliminary contract;
Balance payment within a month after the deposit - transferring the ownership and the possession of the property.
Option 2 – Price: xxx 000 EUR Price 20 % more
Deposit of xxxx EUR – signing a preliminary contract and taking over the property
Monthly payments of minimum xxx EUR/month for xx months. With the last payment, the ownership of the property will be transferred and the new title deeds - issued.
Rural house in good condition in village of Pchelarovo, General Toshevo municipality, Dobrich region. Built-up area of 65 sq.m. and garden of 3485 sq.m. It consists of two rooms, kitchen, lounge, outdoor toilet. In the village there is a community center with a library, a kindergarten, grocery shops, a cafe, a doctor`s office, a 150 year-old church.
